This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the rooms was remarkable, with elegant decor and nice amenities like a Nespresso coffee machine and a small kettle for tea. The location was perfect, just across from the opera house and in the city center, making sightseeing easy with only 2 Metro stops away. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast included in the stay was a great added value.
All was perfect, nothing to be improved.

I had the best stay in Europe at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the train station and within walking distance to all the major attractions in the city, including the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing me with information on how to reach all the tourist attractions.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance of major tourist attractions. It was also very close to Termini, making it convenient for transportation. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained facilities. The hosts were helpful and accommodating, providing useful tips and advice about the city.
One minor critique was the lack of real crockery for the Nespresso machine, which detracted from the overall experience.
